Seriously, Our Security Guards Are Just Better
For a developed nation, the UK sets a remarkably low bar for security guards. An SIA Security Guard licence can be obtained with as little as 30 hours of training, meaning almost anyone can become a security guard with little time or effort. If you’ve hired security before you’ve probably seen the result: security guards who struggle with conducting basic tasks and who lack the communication skills needed to de-escalate situations.
Security companies in the UK stop at the licence. We don’t. We don’t consider an SIA licence suitable or sufficient for the role of a modern security officer. Our officers complete more than 300 hours of training, 10 times more than the industry norm, in a curriculum that uses the best international standards relating to security guarding. You’ll notice the difference from the first shift.
